The Nurse Educator is responsible for answering incoming calls on the 24-7 educational support line and will have varied shifts. The Nurse Educator may also participate in live or phone-based educational sessions. The key transferrable skills for these positions are problem solving, professionalism, compassion, communication, organization, attention to detail, and resourcefulness.

Snow’s business is centered around the patient journey, and the Health Educator, like all positions at Snow, must be open, compassionate, and sensitive to the unique life experiences of these patients and caregivers. The Health Educator must be able to incorporate the unique patient/caregiver experience into the strategies and solutions we provide to our clients.

Education and Experience:

Current RN/LPN license in good standing required. Basic computer skills, including database data entry, and previous experience with patient communication a must. Fluency in a foreign language is highly desired.
