Lynn Kirkpatrick
Chief Client Officer
Lynn has 15-plus years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, with 10 of those years being solely focused in oncology. She is the key leader of Snow Companies oncology division. Lynn won the PM360 ELITE Award Winner – Future Leader in Pharma Marketing award in 2017.
Kathy Barry
Chief Patient Experience Officer
With over 20 years of marketing and communications experience spanning pharmaceutical brand management, corporate and marketing communications, advocacy, and public relations, Kathy has had a successful track record pioneering patient engagement, patient advocacy, and disease awareness initiatives throughout Europe, Asia, and the Americas.

Jeff has served as an operationally focused Chief Financial Officer for the past twenty years. His broad level of experience goes far beyond accounting/finance to include information technology, human resources, contract negotiations and facilities management.
Jennifer Mason
Chief Patient Support Officer
With over 25 years of industry experience, including over 13 years at Snow Companies, Jenn has played a key role in building Snow’s call center capabilities and now serves as Chief Patient Support Officer. A PM360 ELITE Award Winner, she has set the industry standard for how to compliantly partner with real patients.
