Hallmark has asked a number of businesses how they are paying it forward this Holiday Season. Snow Companies was among the respondents. Snow’s activities included donating 800 food items to a local food pantry and “Random Acts of Kindness,” an initiative through which Snow employees are given business-sized cards with monetary gifts attached. Employees can use those “gift cards” at their discretion. Using them for a random act of kindness to others is encouraged.
