Many things can go wrong if patient meetings are planned by meeting planners who have never worked with patients before. It’s not a board meeting and not an employee bash. For patients, it’s definitely not business as usual, so it shouldn’t be for us, either. Planning patient meetings properly demonstrates the respect owed to our most important stakeholders.
