If you’re like most people, you have probably had a handful of experiences in your life where someone you may not have known before came in and single-handedly redefined what matters to you. That person inspired you, convinced you, and motivated you to take action. Maybe you’ve even been that person to others. Over the course of my life I discovered: Everybody has the potential to be the decisive game changer for others, if they’re at the right place at the right time and given the tools to inspire. When I set out to explore how few people can inspire many, I thought it was going to be worth it in order to improve the lives of patients, but unexpectedly, industry professionals also began to see their own lives in a different light.
