JOB SUMMARY:

The Digital Project Manager will manage creative projects. As our project manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline. Duties include developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering every project on time within budget and scope. You should have a background in managing creative projects such as the development of marketing collateral, social networking content, technical documents, and website development. You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks and projects. Experience in pharma or the healthcare industry is a plus.

Snow’s business is centered around the patient journey, and the Digital Project Manager, like all positions at Snow, must be open, compassionate, and sensitive to the unique life experiences of these patients and caregivers. The Digital Project Manager must be able to incorporate the unique patient/caregiver experience into the strategies and solutions we provide to our clients.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSBILITIES:

The Digital Project Manager must be able to perform the following essential duties and functions:

  • Working with account team and creative team in developing job scope and timelines
  • Reviewing creative and project requests for details and necessary assets
  • Tracking and trafficking projects as they flow through the creative department and approval process
  • Maintaining process and ensuring all jobs are adhering to proper flow
  • Quality-checking all submissions for the correct files and file naming
  • Assigning the right people to attend internal and external meetings
  • Taking notes in meetings and consolidating major action points
  • Keeping the creative directors up to date on project flow and any obstacles or issues with projects or personnel
  • The primary job functions and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, those listed


Job Requirements

Candidates for all positions at Snow Companies should:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (but we would also consider candidates with an associate’s degree and relevant work experience).
  • Be self-motivated and curious. Empathy and compassion are essential.
  • Be flexible and demonstrate an ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively with a variety of colleagues from other departments.
  • Have strong communication skills and demonstrate that they can communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and people living with chronic conditions.
  • Be willing to travel and work past normal business hours if the workload demands it (although day-to-day work primarily takes place during normal business hours).
  • Have excellent computer skills, preferably in a Microsoft Windows environment; Salesforce experience is a plus.
