Salesforce Project Manager

JOB SUMMARY:
The Salesforce Project Manager is a fast-paced role responsible for being the champion of Salesforce projects/deliverables as they move through the development process—from kick-off to launch—ensuring ongoing updates are incorporated as needed. This means being the glue that helps keep projects and people together. Project scopes can vary from simply adding a brand to more complex needs, such as the creation of flows, surveys, communities, and APIs for clients. This position can be remote or on-site in the Williamsburg office.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Salesforce Project Manager must be able to perform the following essential duties and functions:
- Working with the account team, the HELP team and the digital team to develop job scopes and timelines
- Reviewing Salesforce requests for details and necessary assets
- Ensuring proper and timely communication of job specifications, scope, and timelines
- Tracking and trafficking projects as they flow through the ticketing system and approval process
- Maintaining process and ensuring all jobs are adhering to proper flow
- Quality-checking all submissions for the correct materials and necessary detailed information
- Inviting the correct people to internal and external meetings
- Taking notes in meetings and consolidating major action points
- Keeping the management team up to date on project flow and any obstacles or issues with projects or personnel
- Managing a regular report of schedules and projects in the system
- Performing additional duties and responsibilities based on business needs

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university and/or three to five years of related experience and/or training preferred.
